1. How do I book or plan this tour?

          i.     Ready to book this tour? Click here to see upcoming tour dates and pay your deposit!

2. Are flights included?

          i.      Flights are not included in our packages. However, we do have travel specialist on   board ready to help you look for affordable tickets. We also recommend checking here for special deals. 

3. What is the cancellation policy?

          i. Cancellation Policy

                    a.)    General: Time4Africa tours is excited to have you as guest. Please  note all deposits will be non refundable. We look forward to servicing you. Once the deposit has been made, you have officially started the registration for the tour. 

                    b.)    Refund Policy: Refund request made 30 days prior to tour will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of the booking fee not including the deposit. Your booking may also be canceled by Time4Africa tours with the possibility of unforeseen circumstances. In this case the full refund will be provided.

                    c.)     Cancellation Request: Cancellation request may be submitted by email.  The request will be processed in the original form of payment.

                    d.)    Full payment: Once payment has been received registration will be completed. We have the right to not reserve your spot without full payment within 2 weeks of tour.

                    e.)    Contact: If you need to cancel your booking, please contact our office as soon as possible to avoid any forfeiture. You can directly e-mail your cancellation demand to time4africatravelers@gmail.com. Please do not forget to add the Full First and Last name and confirmation number. 

4. What are the future covid 19 travel requirements? 

            i.   Individuals traveling to Ghana are no longer required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test result, and regular entry regulations now apply. The mask mandate at airports and during flights has also been dropped. 

5. Passport and Visa Requirements

            i.  To enter Ghana, US citizens need a valid passport with at least two blank pages and six months of validity, along with a visa. The Ghanian government can change visa requirements at any time, so it's best to use a travel documents service to ensure everything is prepared.
