3. What is the cancellation policy
General
Time4Africa tours is excited to have you as guest. Please note all deposits will be non refundable. We look forward to servicing you Once the deposit has been made, you have offically started the registration for the tour.
Refund Policy: Refund request made 30 days prior to tour will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of the booking fee not including the deposit. Your booking may also be canceled by Time4Africa tours with the possibility of unforeseen circumstances. In most case you will recieve a full refund.
Cancellation Request: Cancellation request may be submitted by email. The request will be processed in the original form of payment.
Full payment Once payment has been recieved registration will be completed. We have the right to not reserve your spot without full payment within 2 weeks of tour.

4. What are the future covid 19 travel requirements
If you are traveling you dont need to show proof of any vaccination or negative test results.
5. Passport and Visa Requirements
You need a valid passport to enter Ghana with at least to blank pages and six months of validity along with a visa. This can change at anytime.
